Weddings, moves, sleeping and sun!

It's been a crazy couple of weeks for us!  Two weddings, a mini-move, a big move, and getting the kids to sleep in the same room at night we've had quite an experience.  It was all really fun and we are missing our Alaska family and excited to spend some time with our family in Utah!

First (Successful) Fishing Trip!

We had a great time in Hope at Resurrection Creek catching Pinks.

William had some great one-liners.

Upon his first fish encounter, William nervously said "Don't eat my foot, fishy!"

Now he starts warming up to the fish and decided they were hungry, so he asked "I feed him a rock?" 

...sorry William, he doesn't want to eat your rock...

He slipped on rocks, fell in the river, and scuffed his hand, he was crying and whining.  When he recovered a bit he said "Fish help William be better!"

After he got comfortable with the pole, fish, and fish catching ideas he determinedly pics up a fishing pole (from the wrong end) while declaring "I need do it by myself!"

And the shortest, but perhaps my favorite: "He's fighting!!!" 

...I do believe we have a fisher-toddler on our hands.  Needless to say, Weston is very excited!
